I've dealt with a lot of service advisors over the years and most of them make you feel like you're being managed. Tracy is definitely not that. She always knows what's going on with my car, explains it without talking down to me, and doesn't let things fall through the cracks. I had a loud rattle and the mechanic couldn't replicate it. I called Tracy and she personally went out with the shop manager on a test drive, found it, and got it fixed. That doesn't happen without her. She is the reason I keep bringing my Lexus to Bell Lexus.

While car transactions are never "fun," I felt like Bell Lexus created a positive environment. Wally and Alfonso were very helpful. I felt they listened to me and had my best interest in mind always and did what they could to make the transaction go smoothly. Completely different buying experience than any other dealership. James was far more interested in finding a car for me that truly suited me rather than just sell me something. At no point did I ever feel like I was being pushed. And if you want to talk Lexus, James knows every detail about every current and past model it seemed like. Rare it the case when he had to look something up. And we spent some time chatting about different options. I’m so bad remembering names but I have to say even the next couple days after picking up the car the other people who assisted me kept coming up to me on my return trips to greet me and say hello. Kam is also has a wealth of knowledge. He took a guess that my car model and color was so rare there was probably less than five for sale in the country. There were only three others. This whole buying experience is totally different. Even after the car was mine, Will met me in the receiving area where the car was presented to me me with a bow. Wills whole job is to explain every function on that car to me. James had already went over everything the car did but having Will do it again was pretty awesome. And he’s such a great guy. The selection here was so amazing it was crazy. They also have almost every color in one model or another wrapped in expel paint protection film which comes in stealth (which makes the paint look flat) or clear which leaves a very natural look to the paint. It’s super cool stuff I’ve always done the entire front of my car but the RZ I bought had the copper in stealth and all the black in clear. It’s so sharp. I looked at almost all the colors Lexus offers in that stealth wrap because it’s so cool and Bell Lexus, like I said, has plenty of examples to see. Best part, even if yours isn’t wrapped they can wrap it at a crazy low price. And that stuff is killer!!!

After just completing the purchase of a new Lexus hybrid, I need to say it was the absolute best car buying experience. My salesperson Holly Holland could not have worked harder to help me find what I wanted. I am new to the Lexus brand. I was extremely specific and Holly with help from her manager Dan, devoted a lot of time to locating the color and specifications I was inflexible on. In the end, I was able to get all the features I wanted. Given the car and its hybrid feature is all new to me, I appreciated the help of the tech specialist Kyle who spent a lot of time making sure I understood every feature. Kris Lipp did a good job going thru all the signing docs. I am incredibly thankful to Holly for her help in making this purchase possible and her support and expertise in making a difficult process less stressful.

I didn't know it at the time but when I called Mike, he walked through getting a tow company, call me late Friday with a diagnosis and saved me some money. I am so thankful for his support.
