We had such a pleasant car buying experience at Bell Lexus North Scottsdale, I feel the need to share. Before we even got to the showroom door, a salesman named Henri Doku approached us and asked if he could be of any assistance. We told him what we were looking for in a vehicle and he educated us about the different SUV models and the various trims available. Henri was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He treated us like serious car buyers from our initial meeting without any high pressure tactics. We took our first test drive Thursday morning and had several questions that came up once we went home. Henri was always available and responsive via text or calls … even on his day off. We had a specific seat configuration, as well as choice of interior and exterior colors and a few other options in mind. Henri found the precise vehicle we were looking for in transit arriving at the dealer within a day or two. We took a second test drive Saturday morning to be absolutely certain that this was the vehicle for us. Upon brief negotiations with Henri and Kris, the Finance Manager, we came up with what we felt was a very fair price. We were able to make a deal by Saturday afternoon and took delivery of the vehicle Monday evening. Bell Lexus made the transaction smooth and easy. We highly recommend this dealership. Be sure to ask for Henri … he is truly an exceptional automobile salesman!

5 year ago I purchased a used car from Bell Lexus. Based on the CARFAX, it was most recently serviced at dealership and another autoshop. I called that autoshop and asked for the last service record which showing they recommended to replace both front CV axles (with aftermarket parts) and steering rack due to seeping grease. I then reached out to Bell Lexus per the concerns of this issue. Bell Lexus' mechanic then advised that the CVs can last another 50,000 miles and the steering rack can last about 70,000 until they need to be replaced. By the time I write this review, I have added over 75,000 miles to the car and it is still on the original CX axles and the steering rack as I purchased from Bell. It seems to me the mechanic know what he/she is doing. PS: I did replace the CV axle clamps after I received the car. But that is a fairly simple job to do.

I wasn’t happy with my big GX 550 SUV that I had bought sight-unseen before I moved to Arizona. It was so large and used so much fuel…it was really nice but just didn’t fit for me. I made an appointment at Bell Lexus to see Richard Von Braun aka “RVB.” RVB sat down with me and listened to my concerns and ideas about what I wanted. He asked questions and offered suggestions about features and options. He showed me several different Lexus SUVs and I selected the plugin hybrid version of the RX…Bell didn’t have the red color with the off white interior that I wanted so RVB located one in the factory line up and got it coming my way. I am absolutely thrilled with my new RX and love driving it! RVB and Anthony, the manager, made putting the deal together super easy with none of the hassles you dread when buying a car. I highly recommend seeing RVB if you’re looking for a Lexus and a caring, competent sales person.

I love that I receive a detailed video of my car whenever it’s in for regular maintenance. The customer service here is always fantastic. Stopped into the dealership expecting to have my loaner vehicle ready to after my flight was canceled leaving the East coast at 3:00 am and arriving in Scottsdale where I grew up 50 years ago and now just returning but nobody at the dealership had any idea of where my vehicle was but one of your sales staff Adam Child decided to think outside the box and drove my and my wife to our hotel and had a great conversation on the way to the hotel! I know why you hired Adam great personality nice guy and would be a car from him any day of the week because he left the sales floor on his own time possibly missing a sales opportunity because he felt it was the right thing to do which is why Lexus will always rise to the top of any brand it’s about the attitude and environment of the dealerships and the staff!
